July 9th- Warriors trade Ronny Turiaf, Anthony Randolph, Kelenna Azubuike, and a future second-round pick to the Knicks and acquire David Lee.

July 13th- Dorrell  Wright signs.
              - Warriors trade Anthony Morrow to the Nets and acquire a Conditional 2011 second-round pick.

July 20th- Warriors trade C.J. Watson to Bulls and acquire a 2011 second-round pick.

July 21st- Sign Jeremy Lin.

August 8th- Sign Rodney Carney.

September 13th-  Sign Louis Amundson.

September 24th- Sign Cheyne Gadson, Aaron Miles, James Mays, Vernon Goodridge, and Jeff Adrien.
